Loop Returns has been a Game Changer for Capelle Miami. We went from a very manual process in doing returns to an almost set it and forget it process. Loop offers great and speedy customer service, which we always appreciate.

Loop Returns helps us streamline our returns and exchanges at the customer level and internally. Of course, not one app is perfect and there is a learning curve in the integration and usage of the app. The Loop Returns team, however, helped tremendously and continues in doing so in answering any questions in this regard. Looking forward to perfecting our process with Loop Returns and ensuring overall better customer experience with our brand.

The backend is easy to use but in your Shopify store it is confusing and difficult to distinguish returns from exchanges. It's clunky and difficult to use. It creates a second order which messes up your metrics when evaluating repeat customer rates, etc. To make matters worse, we canceled our service and deleted the app weeks back and still got charged for the following month. Customer service had been on several emails back and forth and have yet to refund our money and have provided nothing to substantiate taking our money for service that was not provided. Very poor customer experience and we recommend looking for another app.

Being in retail, we all know that excellent customer service is priority. The problem, of course, is when other companies do not share this same mentality. Such is not the the case with Loop Returns! Twice now, I have needed to reach out for immediate support and have received excellent and quick service. Highly reccomend!
