Unable to log in and there is no way to re-set my password that works. I emailed support hopefully they respond soon but I have never had an app with such challenges logging in and my customers are getting very upset.
Customer service support Reece is TOP NOTCH... seriously the only one who can figure out every issue at lightening speed. Always appreciate his timely and helpful reply!
Every one in a while the platform and its comms are confusing for our customers/team. But every time we've reached out for clarity, the Loop team has been very helpful.
