Really great support experience. Ninthuga was quick to respond, patient with my questions, and made everything easy to understand. The issue was resolved smoothly, and I genuinely felt supported throughout. Highly recommend!

Loop makes returns and exchanges really simple for our customers and our team. Everything works smoothly, and it’s helped reduce support tickets on our end. Their customer support is also excellent. Quick to respond, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a great addition to our store.
