Pura review for Loop Returns & Exchanges

Loop has been a great partner to work with. They've provided a great self-service tool for our customers while providing us with the customization options we need. Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.
