We've used Loop since October 2020, and we've been pleased with its user-friendly features and continued functionality improvements. Loop keeps us informed of new capabilities and easy how-to instructions for updating settings where necessary. Our rep, Ben, is helpful, responsive, and hands-on where assistance or help is needed. Any time we've reached out to their support team, they are friendly and provide updates and resolutions where necessary.
