The worst customer service EVER. Waiting days to get unhelpful response. They are priced well over similar solutions so you'd expect to get at least decent service... Apart from service - 1. solution itself not very different from other RMAs 2. set up was quite difficult with no onboarding support. 3. Draconian pricing model - you get "punished" for exceeding your limit ending up paying extremely high charges.
