Loop Returns & Exchanges

Loop has been a game changer for us. Reducing a lot of manual work and offering our customers a seamless return and exchange process.

Loop has been incredibly useful for us! The onboarding process was a bit intimidating at first (they might have improved that since) but the fact that we don't need to process returns manually anymore (no emails, no manual refunds etc.) was absolutely WORTH IT! The entire return processing is 100% automatic and so streamlined that today we have almost ZERO interaction with customers about returns/exchanges. Highly recommended!

We are a small business that is growing fast. We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus in order to have access to cleaner and more effective e-commerce tools and the ability to more easily scale. Loop was one of the major influencers in our decision to switch. I am not a web developer but I do all of the web backend work myself. Of all the apps that I have used so far in Shopify (and probably including Shopify itself), I think that Loop offered the most comprehensive and easy-to-follow onboarding documentation. I reached out to Loop support a couple times when I got stuck or needed clarity on something and every time their support was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient (even when I was probably coming across as crabby - my own fault for trying to do too many things at once!). I was able to get Loop configured and running for the most part in just a few hours with a few tweaks here and there as the rest of the site started coming together over the next week or so. My assistant who helps with processing returns and exchanges is over the moon about how easy it is to use Loop too. We are definitely fans. Thank you for a great product and great service!

The Best Returns & Exchange App available today and we're so glad we made the decision to partner with Loop! We needed a full service portal, for all returns, exchanges, etc., and Loop is able to do it all and it's automated. Our customers compliment us all the time and the calls and emails from customers, regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, etc., have stopped. It takes some set up effort, as with any new app, but once setup and running, it will completely transform your experience and the customers experience with returns and exchanges! We love loop! It's by far the best experience for customers and also CX employees to navigate as well. Super clean and easy experience from start to finish, and there's always exciting updates that Loop is coming out with to better it. You can customize the portal so that it feels very on brand, and even have the customer shop directly on your site with their store credit. From a CX/employee perspective, the analytics and reports have helped us lower return rates on specific products as well. I love Loop! The customer service is amazing so any issues you have, they respond within an hour. They have a lot of new features constantly coming and will always brainstorm with you as to how to promote your business and gain more sales.

We use a full enterprise version of Loop, which this app is a part of. We love it. Great UI for customers and CX staff. Self-service workflows and customization that allow for various SKU-level outcomes on the fly. Reliable and detailed event data that is exportable. Constant product improvements, informed by feedback their team proactively gathers. The company has strong partnerships with Shopify and certain 3PLs and CX platforms. It can be pricier than other options, especially for smaller merchants, but the time savings Loop creates for our staff offsets the software costs.

Have been using this app for the last year to help manage our overall returns function for a fashion apparel business.
