Loop has been our go-to for handling returns and exchanges. The app is straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is so much you can do to configure how you'd like to process returns and exchanges in your shop. Whenever I've needed assistance or just confirmation of what I understand, the team at Loop has been responsive, helpful, and really a pleasure to speak with.
