Loop Returns & Exchanges

Has made my life significantly easier and customer support team is great, and responds fast. If you have a business that issues exchanges or returns you would be dumb not to use them!

I needed some clarification on accessing the Loop dashboard section, and Emma Pennington kindly guided me through the process with patience and helped me find exactly what I needed.

We recently needed assistance configuring return tags across multiple Shopify instances, and the process was handled quickly and clearly. Highlights: Responsive Support: Our inquiry was acknowledged and resolved within the same business day — a big plus when coordinating system-wide tagging. Tag Configuration: We wanted the "LoopExchange" tag applied to all exchange orders across five regional stores (DK, DE, SE, NO, EU). The support team confirmed the setup promptly and ensured it was deployed. Clear Communication: The representative (Ninthuga) explained how tagging works, including that the system already applies LE:Exchange to original orders that receive an exchange outcome. This level of transparency helped clarify things for us. ️ Value-Add: Being able to tag return and exchange orders systematically helps us keep warehouse processes clean and consistent — especially with RFID and stock separation in place. Overall, Loop continues to deliver on both platform functionality and reliable merchant support.

I would say the customer service is the best part of working with Loop Returns. As a small business, you can feel like a jack of all trades but a master of none.
