There customer support team is fully-responsive, and always finds a solution, even in the most difficult of cases. Being in retail, we all know that excellent customer service is priority. The problem, of course, is when other companies do not share this same mentality. Such is not the the case with Loop Returns! Twice now, I have needed to reach out for immediate support and have received excellent and quick service. Highly reccomend!
