The Loop team have been AWESOME to deal with. We are new to subscriptions on our store and their customer service has been next-level. I bombarded them (and continue to now) with questions to help us set up and optimize our subscription program and they continually go out of their way to make things work flawlessly. From Zoom meetings to ensure they know how we operate to extensive emails with easy-to-follow instructions, everyone at Loop has been beyond helpful. High five to all of the Loop Crew.
