The Loop team is a great resource for using the app in its entirety. They really get to know your business and make recommendations accordingly. Response time on inquiries has been great as well. Highly recommend!

fixed the issue. efficiently. didnt keep me hanging. didnt require an upgrade. was kind. and also taught me how to make the edit if i wanted to in the future should it happen again. great service. thank you loop. nobody has decent service anymore and this was just seemless.

We’ve honestly had a really great experience working with Loop for Buff Clucks. The support they’ve given us has been super helpful, especially with the projects we’re running they always find a way to make things work. Big shoutout to Amandeep, our Customer Support Manager. He’s always quick to reply and really reliable whenever we need help. It makes a huge difference knowing someone’s there and on top of things. Also want to mention Swaraj and Kashish...they’ve been awesome whenever we run into technical issues. They’re always willing to jump in, figure things out, and get us back on track. The support from the Loop team has been solid. We really appreciate everything.

The customer service has been exceptional so far. Any problem is solved fast and the team is always very helpful. Aakash has been great. Highly recommend Loop, great feature set and easy to work with.

Highly recommend Loop. They listened to my concerns about the subscription program I was currently using and walked me through how Loop provided all the features I needed. They took their time answering my questions. There was no pressure at all. Once I decided to switch to Loop the onboarding process was easy. They walked me through every detail of the process. I've only been using the subscription for a short time now but so far everything has been great. Customer support is top notch.

Simplified the subscription dashboard to make it more intuitive and user-friendly for our customers. Customer service is consistently excellent and always available to assist with setup whenever needed.

I’ve had a really great experience using the Loop Subscription app so far. The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing subscriptions much smoother compared to other tools I’ve tried. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. They were genuinely committed to helping me resolve my issue and didn’t just send generic replies. They took the time to understand my situation and even hopped on a call with me to make sure we were fully aligned and everything was working as expected. It’s rare to find that level of hands-on support these days, and it made a big difference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Loop to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution backed by a team that truly cares.

We had some minor issues with the application because part of our website is built with custom code. However, the support team resolved the problem very quickly, and their tech team adapted everything to our code so it could function properly. Amazing!

Just onboarded with Loop and it’s been a really smooth experience so far. The migration was handled well, the platform is intuitive, and it already feels like a step up from what we were using before. Excited to keep building with it.

Great team that took the time to explain everything clearly and help me understand how to use the app properly. They were responsive, professional, and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, a very helpful team and a good experience.
