Loop is one of the best tools I've seen to manage subscriptions and the customer portal. It's easy to navigate, with a lot of options, and the reporting is great. Also, great support from their team!

Super slow replies from support - have to wait 1-2 days to address issues. Also when they get back to you and claim to have resolved the issue nothing actually changed.

Devak and his team at Loop were so patient and helpful with our migration process. I was worried about how all our subscriptions would be transferred over to them, but they handled everything perfectly and I am so excited to be using Loop. Their portal is extremely user-friendly, easy to manage, and very clear. Himself and his team responded to me within the hour every time I had questions or needed assistance. 10/10 recommend using Loop Subscriptions. Devak went above and beyond helping me and implementing new features on my store without hesitation.

I am most impressed with the customer support; they go above and beyond with setup and ongoing support. The software itself is well-designed and intuitive to use. We have had a great experience, we were a bit worried about migration, we were moving from the incumbent to LOOP but they proved us wrong, it was very smooth and they took care of everything. Exceptional team support on migration, onboarding and customer success. Well done. The app improved the store churn and LTV of the subscribers. Great work!

The Loop team is a great resource for using the app in its entirety. They really get to know your business and make recommendations accordingly. Response time on inquiries has been great as well. Highly recommend!
