Loop Subscriptions App

We had a great experience working with Adi to get set up on Loop. Our previous subscription platform migration process was a nightmare, so we were definitely anxious about having to go through that process again. However, Adi provided a very detailed pre-migration plan, we had multiple meetings to ensure everyone was aligned on next steps, and all of this ensured a very smooth migration. We've had a great experience with Loop. The team has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us improve our subscription retention. They're always open to feedback, continually releasing new features and improvements, and are proactive in finding ways to help our store grow. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and the support has been excellent. We'd definitely recommend Loop to any brand looking to scale their subscription business.
