Loop Subscriptions App

The Loop team did a great job! The made the process of changing from one subscription app to theirs seamlessly. Very grateful for the whole Loop team.

Five stars, and honestly it's mostly because of the people. We've run our subscription program on Loop for a while, and the real difference came when we started working closely with their team. Saksham, our CSM, treats our retention numbers like they're his own. He set up our rewards journey and streaks program, rebuilt our failed payment recovery with segmented offers, and put a proper A/B testing framework on our cancellation flow. Churn dropped around 10% within weeks of those changes going live. On the technical side, Varun has been just as good. Anything that needs configuring or fixing gets handled fast, usually same day, with clear explanations instead of endless ticket back and forth. Plenty of subscription apps look similar on paper. What you actually get with Loop is a team that knows retention inside out and does the work with you. Easy recommendation.

Aadi Gupta & Sharath Gowda were both super helpful, cooperative, and excellent throughout the onboarding process. We had a few minor issues as expected with migrating a load of mrr and getting on a new platform but everything was fixed very quickly, in one case Aman called in from his home later in the night even and helped me fix a problem within an hour or two. Really great job by the team and I appreciate everything they've done, so far we are happy with loop.

We migrated to Loop from another subscription app and the whole process was much smoother than expected. Our account manager guided us through the entire migration and hypercare phase, and was always quick to respond whenever we ran into questions. Beyond the migration, the platform itself has made a real difference: the customer portal has reduced our support load since subscribers can now manage their own subscriptions, and the cancellation flow has already saved us subscriptions we would have lost outright with our previous setup. The retention tooling in particular has been a big step up. Highly recommend for any brand serious about subscriptions!

Shriya, Kanishk and the team were very communicative and resolved my issue in the end. Although it took time due to the complexity, they even coordinated with third parties which was especially helpful. Thank you :)

UPDATE: The Loop team reached out to with me to offer a custom solution to access what I needed. I really appreciate that level of service from such a key vendor. Thank you Loop! --- It's disappointing that I don't get API access unless I pay for the Pro plan. I'm paying more than $200/month as it is and I expect access to my data.
