We have been using Loop Subscriptions since the beginning of this year, and it has greatly simplified managing subscriptions for our veterinary practice. The interface is user-friendly, and the setup process was straightforward. Our Customer Success Manager, Nihal Baldwa, has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed any support. Overall, Loop Subscriptions has been a reliable solution for recurring payments and client management. I highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their subscription services.

We successfully migrated to Loop in Q4 2023, and the process was exceptionally easy and seamless. Since then, we have experienced accelerated growth in our subscriber base and a significant reduction in churn rate. The native cancellation flows, reasons, and offers provided by Loop have been instrumental in addressing churn effectively. The entire team, from the CEO/founder to customer support, has been highly responsive and supportive. A special shoutout to Parth for his strategic advice and assistance in enhancing our functionality!

Loop customer service is absolutely top-notch. We were using another Loop competitor since we migrated to Shopify and there is no comparison here. From day 1, Loop has provided 'white glove' service to us. They helped with migration, navigated complex workflows, and helped us to do extensive testing to make sure our customers were getting the best experience. They even took the time to understand our business model and made suggestions on ways to help reduce churn and improve retention. I can't recommend this company enough.

We have had a great experience migrating from Bold subscriptions to Loop Subscription. The transition was seamless, and Nihal has been instrumental in making our experience great. He always goes above and beyond to solve our issues, and if something does not exist yet, he goes out of his way to implement a new segment to continuously improve our experience!

Loop stands out as the top subscription app in our experience. Before discovering Loop, our company navigated through various other subscription platforms. It's been a great experience working with Loop Subscriptions. We were growing fast and struggled to have the right data with our old provider. That instantly changed with Loop. Loop is BY FAR the best subscription app on the market. The most robust, customizable and user friendly that I've seen. Also their support is phenomenal. They literally got back to me within 10 seconds of messaging them on their live chat. Manan was great. We just migrated from Recharge and the process was super smooth and pain free, and they handled pretty much everything. It was done within 1-2 days. Their staff was very responsive and throughout it all and they held our hand every step of the way, making sure all our questions were answered. Can't recommend them enough.

I can't recommend the Loop subscriptions team enough. We have monthly calls to go through improvements we can implement, listen to our ideas, and implement changes that benefit our business. They also respond in a timely manner to any queries via Slack. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a subscription plug-in on Shopify. They are also priced far more competitively than Apps like Recharge.
