We've been through three previous subscription apps and were burnt by them all (looking at you YOTPO) but finally found one worth using in Loop. The support is terrific, they are always available and can actually help you. We've seen consistent subscription growth since changing to Loop and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience so far. We are about 2 months in. Onboarding was fairly quick and efficient and the team is very knowledgeable and kind.

Customer service is exceptional with Loop. They are prompt, courteous, and always follow up to make sure all questions are answered and issues are resolved completely. Explanations are easy to understand and the reps are happy to walk you through any steps needed. We've been very pleased with our experience!

We are so happy we made the switch to Loop! Their team has gone above and beyond to help us get everything set up and installed, and is always available whenever we need help. We switched from another subscription platform, and Loop is much easier to use and has a ton of great features that have helped our subscription growth and retention!

We came to Loop after using Yotpo. Loop has been incredibly attentive, they have a slick program and they are always quick to respond to any question or problem. Their app is very user-friendly, they have plenty of useful tools and amazing depth of analytics. We have loved working with Loop.

We made the switch from a different subscription app and had the absolute pleasure of working with Manan as our account manager at Loop. We couldn't be happier with the support we've received. Manan is not only incredibly helpful and kind, but he also brings a calm professionalism that makes every interaction easy and reassuring. No matter the issue, the Loop team consistently go above and beyond to resolve it efficiently. Their willingness to act quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations, has been a huge asset to our team. It's clear they genuinely care about providing the best service possible, and that makes a world of difference.

Loop enabled us to launch subscriptions in our Shopify store with zero friction. The onboarding was well structured and fast. The Loop team is friendly and responsive. From our perspective, setting up plans is very intuitive, and our customers can start, pause, or modify subscriptions effortlessly in their portal. The Loop app is stable and genuinly rich in features. All the features work as promised. Documentation is clear, and the UI makes operations simple. Overall, we’re very happy and confidently recommend Loop to brands going into recurring revenue.
