TL;DR: Switched from another subscription provider to Loop. Migration was flawless with 0 revenue impact, onboarding was hands-on, and ongoing support is the best I’ve had with any software vendor. CONTEXT: We spent ~10 years on another platform. A trusted friend in CRO recommended Loop; after my own due diligence and a call with their team, we switched. MIGRATION & ONBOARDING - Dedicated onboarding manager - Full migration handled for us - A couple minor hiccups (due to other upgrades on our side), no revenue impact - Smoothest software migration I’ve experienced SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SUCCESS (3 months in) - Regular check-ins with a proactive CSM (Customer Success Manager) - Private Slack channel for quick help - Fast, honest answers—if they don’t know, they say so and follow up immediately COMPARED TO OTHERS - I’ve had cases with other providers where they their answers were wrong and led to long email back-and-forths. - With Loop, recommendations have been accurate the first time, which saved us time and frustration. BOTTOM LINE: I recommend Loop to everyone now. The attention to detail, customer service, and migration experience set a new bar for us.
