Great onboarding process. It was a high risk for our company to switch subscription providers and Loop was very hands on and made sure the migration went as smooth as possible.

Switched to Loop from our previous subscription app and the difference has been night and day. The platform is genuinely built for DTC brands that take retention seriously - flexible cancellation flows, clean analytics, and a UX that actually makes sense for both us and our subscribers. The onboarding experience was the real standout. Huge thanks to Tarun and Aakash, who made the migration feel effortless. They were responsive, patient with our (many) questions, and clearly invested in setting us up properly rather than just getting us live. Every call had a clear agenda, every follow-up was on time, and they proactively flagged things we hadn't thought of. If you're a growing brand looking for a subscription platform that combines strong tooling with a team that actually cares about your success, Loop is it. Highly recommend.
