We migrated to Loop from another subscription app and the whole process was much smoother than expected. Our account manager guided us through the entire migration and hypercare phase, and was always quick to respond whenever we ran into questions. Beyond the migration, the platform itself has made a real difference: the customer portal has reduced our support load since subscribers can now manage their own subscriptions, and the cancellation flow has already saved us subscriptions we would have lost outright with our previous setup. The retention tooling in particular has been a big step up. Highly recommend for any brand serious about subscriptions!
Great expereance with the Loop
Shriya, Kanishk and the team were very communicative and resolved my issue in the end. Although it took time due to the complexity, they even coordinated with third parties which was especially helpful. Thank you :)
It's disappointing that I don't get API access unless I pay for the Pro plan. I'm paying more than $200/month as it is and I expect access to my data.
