Shuanshi was very helpful! I had a very confusing issue with the subscriptions and my customers, but Shuanshi fixed everything for me while I was doing my errands, she was very kind, professional and effective! I totally recommend to use the chat before following any misleading tutorials online, including AI chats. Thank you!!
Onboarding was a bit cumbersome (especially migrating subscriptions from our old provider and seeing many drop off) but ever since we got this live, its been going well. I can't say enough good things about Amandeep, Ishika, and our other representatives. They really go above and beyond to explain things in detail, even recording Looms that walk me through changes to make.
