I had a very confusing issue with the subscriptions and my customers, but Shuanshi fixed everything for me while I was doing my errands, she was very kind, professional and effective! I totally recommend to use the chat before following any misleading tutorials online, including AI chats. Thank you!!

Onboarding was a bit cumbersome (especially migrating subscriptions from our old provider and seeing many drop off) but ever since we got this live, its been going well. I can't say enough good things about Amandeep, Ishika, and our other representatives. They really go above and beyond to explain things in detail, even recording Looms that walk me through changes to make.

Loop is elite when it comes to scaling your subscription brand. Their dedicated team is also top notch and my dedicated CSM Amandeep has been excellent to work with and really cares about improving my metrics and retention overall. Very impressed with this app as a whole and im glad i was referred to them.

Loop team is always quick to help us with issues and Saurav has been great at jumping on quick calls with our tech team to resolve issues. Karan, our newest account manager, has also helped us reduce churn rate by providing specific ideas he sees working for other merchants as well.

Been using Loop Subscriptions to manage our subs on Shopify and honestly just wanna give a shoutout to Tarun Rana from the Loop team. He helped us set up our whole cancellation flow and it was super smooth. Tarun actually took the time to understand what we needed instead of just rushing through it. He walked us through setting up the cancellation flows, the retention offers, all that stuff. Anytime we had a questoin he got back to us fast and was always super helpful. You can tell he knows the platform really well. Made the whole thing way easier than i thought it would be. If your planning to run subs on your brand definitely use Loop and defintely try to work with Tarun, he's great. Highly recommend!

Loop has been a great partner to our business. They have helped us increase our subscription revenue exponentially. Their cancellation flow allows us to prevent churn and the dashboard provides incredible insight. The customer support staff and specialists they provide you with are also very helpful, meeting every requirement. It's a premium price point, but it is worth the cost.

Loop is a great app for increasing subscriptions and boosting retention. It offers many ways for attract subscribers, and create loyalty. The migration experience from my previous subscription app was very easy, and I'm excited to see the results play out over time!
