Loop enabled us to launch subscriptions in our Shopify store with zero friction. The onboarding was well structured and fast. The Loop team is friendly and responsive. From our perspective, setting up plans is very intuitive, and our customers can start, pause, or modify subscriptions effortlessly in their portal. The Loop app is stable and genuinly rich in features. All the features work as promised. Documentation is clear, and the UI makes operations simple.
