We have had a great experience, we were a bit worried about migration, we were moving from the incumbent to LOOP but they proved us wrong, it was very smooth and they took care of everything. Exceptional team support on migration, onboarding and customer success. Well done. The app improved the store churn and LTV of the subscribers. Great work!
