Update: our issue was a weird glitch between Shopify billing and Loop. The Loop team was very helpful in resolving it. And while I can't speak to their software, their customer service is top notch. --- Careful with the free trial! Our shop installed the 'free trial'. We deleted it a day after installing when we realized it didn't meet our needs. Then on our next bill from Shopify there was a charge for $399 US for this app. Shopify support can't resolve it because they just pass through the billing of the developer and now we are spending more time getting this charge removed then we ever did on the 'free' trial.
