Terrible, I added it thinking I could import a bunch of reviews. I couldn't, then when I deleted it, the stars still showed up on my shopify product page, so I went into the code and deleted everything related to loox, and the stars were still there. Is this a glitch? I need help
Hey, Lilach from the Loox team here :) I'm truly sorry to hear your experience with Loox was not as you expected. I would be more than happy to help you resolve any issues. Loox offers a seamless migration from previous apps and sources through our import template and one click importer for supported apps. I can see that you have already uninstalled Loox on your store. All Loox widgets should no longer be appearing on your store pages. Sometimes the widgets can appear to still load due to a stored cache available on your browser. I’d be happy to dig deeper on what you see on your end. I’ve reached out to you privately through our support and am here to make sure we get this sorted out together :)
