We’ve been using Loox for our Shopify store for a while now and are very happy with the app and its features. It works really well for managing and displaying our customer reviews and gives us the flexibility we need for our store. We recently had a rather complicated issue with historical reviews that were spread across many old and deleted products. Arielle immediately understood what we needed and found a solution for us. She arranged a bulk move of all our old reviews to the current product, which saved us a huge amount of manual work. Communication was quick, friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process.
