not very easy to use the dashboard

Widgets are glitchy; I find myself having to deactivate and reinstall a widget so the settings can reset. For example, deselecting 'show thumbnail' on the pop up widget doesn't work, or making small updates to other widgets. I found it annoying that you can't make email marketing a requirement to receive the discount with the onsite referral widget. The customer service is strange; I was wondering if I was speaking to bots. They completely misunderstand my question or ignore it altogether. I installed Klaviyo and cannot find that Loox integrates with them. I emailed Loox and they ignored that question and went on to a different one. I appreciate how modern the widgets are and how easy to use the app is, including customization features. But when I compare it to judge.me, I can't help but feel like I'm paying significantly more just for something "prettier."

I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta. Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.

Our issue with Loox is their pricing model from Beginner plan to Scale. The cost jump is just too high and the 500 life time limit on orders is simple a weird bullying method to force an upgrade a website may not need. $35 a month is just not practical for us. Their plans should be reviews sent per month cap and not a lifetime accumulation as they are monthly plans not lifetime plans. Since we can't justify the cost increase we will be transitioning to something else unfortunately. Their pricing model is not friendly to self funded small businesses. I will say their customer service is if you need something is outstanding and the software is easy to use. Overall if you can justify the cost of $35 a month for the Scale plan then you'd be happy with Loox. We are not there yet and because of that basically Loox is forcing us off the platform with their nagging screen and not auto posting reviews after they are left and the nuisance of their upgrade nagging screen. We tired talking to customer service about this but fell on deaf ears.

good app for reviews but terrible terrible support. Not people themselves, but it is very hard to find the chat window and then get to recent conversations which is very annoying.
