I reported a Loox-powered store running blatantly fake reviews under Loox's "Verified" badge: the same hand and bathroom appearing under different reviewer names, identical photos reused across accounts, dozens of copy-paste "Fantastic product!" reviews, and a review count frozen for months. I sent Loox full evidence. Over 10+ weeks and repeated follow-ups, Loox said they'd "contacted the merchant" but did nothing. The fakes are still live. Their final reply hid behind "privacy" and claimed the matter was "addressed" — nothing had changed. If you're a genuine merchant collecting real reviews, understand this: Loox's "Verified" badge sits happily next to fabricated content, and they won't lift a finger when it's reported with evidence. That badge gives buyers false confidence and lets fake-review sellers hide behind it. Not the trust signal it claims to be.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The "write your review" box did not show at all on mobile. I reached out to support for help and was met with the agent telling me how it does work and I am not refreshing/clearing my cache (which I did several times). She took an extremely long time to respond and couldn't figure it out after almost one hour. Once I complained that it is still not showing for the 4th or 5th time she finally decides to "escalate" the issue. I told her to forget it and I'll just uninstall this app and find a new one that is more user friendly. Loox support is terrible and doesn't know how to solve what seems to be simple issues. I do NOT recommend anyone download this app. Your customers should not have to message you asking how to leave reviews, that isn't a good look for my website and its frustrating. Please look elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS APP, THERE ARE WAAAAAAAY CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES THAT DO THE EXACT SAME THING. THEY CHARGED ME NEARLY 1K IN USAGE FEES LAST MONTH, THE PRICING STRUCTURE IS ESSENTIALLY A SCAM.

We’ve had a major issue with Loox referral codes adding duplicate items to cart that customers can’t remove. Reported months ago with proof, still not fixed. Cost us sales and returns. Support treated it like a new issue. Not recommended.

Be careful with this app. It draws you in with the beginner plan, but once you reach the quota, a number of limitations appear that were never clearly explained when signing up. Communication then becomes extremely poor, and I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion. Although they say you can continue using the beginner plan, you are required to complete multiple steps every time just to access the Loox app. Most of the time these steps aren’t even available, which means you can’t actually use the app. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE SEARCHING FOR A MORE RELIABLE LONG-TERM REVIEW SOLTUION

WARNING: Predatory and unethical pricing. They will charge you $0.13 per order, regardless of how many features you use. And there is NO limit to this, even though they call their plan "SCALE". Plus, they very obviously try to hide that they charge per order. Overall, do not use this app unless you want to be totally ripped off.
