Wall Art Set review for Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

This review is about Reviewers.com (a service that’s part of Loox). We tested it and gifted 10 sets of 3 framed prints to their “reviewers,” with a total cost of $2,700. So far (almost one month after delivery), we’ve received 8 reviews instead of 10. One review was negative and misleading. The reviewer stated that the prints were “not glass like it claimed to be,” even though this was not stated on the product page. They also said the quality was “terrible,” yet didn’t show any specific defect in the video. Without the caption, sound, or text, the video would actually look like a positive showcase of nice prints. This makes the process feel unreliable, even though Loox promised honest reviews. We also received a few very unprofessional reviews that appear to have been left quickly just to unlock more free products from other brands. Their policy prevents reviewers from requesting new gifts until they leave a review, but there don’t seem to be meaningful consequences for reviewers who never submit one — which likely explains the two missing reviews. Other important limitations: You can’t approve or choose who receives your products. It doesn’t seem like Reviewers.com thoroughly vets reviewers. To be fair, we did receive 2 really great reviews. But overall, based on our experience, the results didn’t justify the cost and felt risky for brands.
