Entire thing is a nightmare. Easy to subscribe to, but makes it impossible to unsubscribe. If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would! Absolutely terrible!

Just a heads up that you can uninstall Loox directly from your Shopify app list, the same way you can with any other Shopify app. I also see that you've already successfully uninstalled Loox.
