Loox offers many different features to our merchants such as the collection of reviews, the presentation of the reviews in the many different designed widgets, referrals, and also the new upsell feature that is open for now for free for all merchants. While we don't translate reviews to multiple languages on our side, we created the integration with Weglot, which translates the reviews to the language of the specific store visitor. ​ ​This integration is available to merchants that installed Loox and Weglot in their stores.
