Loox customer for 6 years now - recently had reason to contact Loox due to replacing a legacy theme to one of the latest shopify themes (which require different methods of customisation), after some time struggling to incorporate the loox app, reached out for support. Omer spent several days, helping to customise the app and it's functions within the theme. He was extremely patient - despite my own lack of knowledge with the theme - coming back several times. Was never made to feel like a pest, just welcoming to offer futher support if needed at each stage and help me become better familiar with how these new themes operate.
