Great app, also great customer support. Their customer support team was great to deal with, particularly Rotem, the customer support engineer and Aya, in customer support. The only issue I have is with the functionality and that you can't offer an incentive for text only reviews, just if the customer provides a video or image with their review. I can see the benefit of only offering an incentive for video/images, but it should be a choice depending on the businesses' situation. Other than that small thing, it's a great and simple app to use, with lots of good features and excellent customer support!
