Laurence was fantastic. I had been struggling to fix an issue on my website all day. Once I sent in the message, I figured I would hear back from customer service in about 24hrs. Nope. Right away Laurence fixed my issue and followed up. This happened in a matter of about 10mins from first contact. This contact wasn’t by phone so I was super impressed. Great job team.
