Perlage Systems review for Loox ‑ Visual Product Reviews

I've been looking for a user reviews app for years, and finally took the plunge with Loox. The installation process was a breeze. Unfortunately, though, I am using an old, deprecated legacy theme on Shopify, and most apps are now designed for the new Shopify version 2.0 themes. So, there were a number of issues getting the various ratings widgets to work properly. I contacted Loox support and got an answer within hours. A support engineer named Tal was assigned to me, and he was able to solve all of my issues within two days of installing the app. None of these issues were Loox issues; they all had to do with the particulars of my deprecated theme. But Tal dove in and solved all the of the problems, including my very particular layout requests, like moving a widget a few pixels this way or that. This is a great app with world-class customer service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Loox, and thank you Tal!
