Thank you Loox for providing great customer support for an issue I had. Because of this, I am reconsidering using this service. Their customer support is attentive.

Shopify charges app charges in advance, so it's likely you're seeing a Loox charge that was automatically triggered by Shopify before you uninstalled Loox.
