1) Widgets are super slow to load on your website, leaving a blank space during up to several second before they appear. I contacted customer service, who are nice people. But 15 days later the issue still isn't resolved. They only suggested I speed up my website. BUT my website is already fast and it wouldn't solve the issue anyway because the delay appears after the website is loaded. Disappointed. 2) Also, the UX on the back-end is quite terrible.

Loox is built with performance in mind and utilizes a CDN (content delivery network) to serve scripts and photos. In addition, to make sure Loox elements don't affect your loading times, Loox only starts loading after the page is fully loaded.
