Exceptional support from Dan and the Loox team I contacted Loox about a historical review sync issue affecting our Shopify store. Dan picked it up, clearly explained what was happening, ran a full backfill and resync, and had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. What impressed me most was that this all happened over a weekend. We’ve used Loox for years and have accumulated a significant number of customer reviews, so getting the historical data correctly synced into Shopify was important to us.
