accbeads review for Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Excellent Customer Support! I’m very happy with the support from the Loox Product Reviews App. I had several questions and some issues I needed help with, and Jen was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. She took the time to send me several detailed emails with clear, step-by-step instructions and carefully followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Even when I had additional questions, she was always patient and willing to help. Thank you, Jen, for your excellent support and for staying with me until the problem was finally solved! I really appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend Loox.
