A gross over stepping of authority. You can choose NOT to have all YOUR hard earned reviews deleted by loox by continuing to pay them indefinitely. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOURS. ALWAYS OWN, YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS REVIEWS.
