I just wanted to let you know how this can be solved and that our support team is always happy to help :) In your email settings (for example in Gmail), you can create a filter to automatically archive certain reviews based on the rating. Since the review notifications show their ratings in the email subject, you can filter emails by the text of their subject. For example, you can filter all emails with ratings 2 and 3 to be automatically archived, and all emails with ratings 1, 4 and 5 to go directly to your inbox.
