Hey, Dor from the Loox team here :) All customer-facing widgets and emails support multiple language support which can be set-up through your Loox admin. Whenever a new review is submitted, you receive an email that notifies you about it and allows you to approve (or reject) that review directly through the email. Additionally, you can choose to auto-approve all reviews or only reviews of a certain ratings automatically. ​In any case, our support team is always happy to help!
