A wonderful addition to our online store. The automated emails to customers are bringing in product reviews at a rate that far exceeds what we had before. We are also learning just how much people appreciate our customer service staff. And the feedback from customers is helping us make improvements to our product descriptions and store procedures. Money well spent.
