Makani review for Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

I am using the app since 9 month - the Loox app on Shopify and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the service. A particular mention goes to the employee named Channelle, who provided me with great assistance with all my questions and issues. The Loox app provides an incredibly easy way to collect and manage customer reviews on my Shopify website. The integration was very simple and the dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. I had some questions regarding the setup and configuration of the app, and Channelle promptly and competently helped me out in no time. It's great to see that there are still companies that provide such excellent customer service. Overall, I can highly recommend the Loox app on Shopify and I would like to express my sincere thanks to Channelle for her outstanding support.
