Morelux review for Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

After upgrading my Shopify theme today, the comments widget no longer appears on the product page. I think I must have made mistake when I upgraded. Intermittently spent about 4 hours trying to fix it. No luck. What a headache. I tried to send an email to loox in the app. Thought I would not hear back until tomorrow. To my surprise, it didn't take more than half an hour for me to receive the first reply. Rain replied to my first inquiry. Next, MARA started to take over to help me solve the problem. Once again, not more than half an hour later, the reviews on my product page came back. I was relieved. Curious, I wrote another email to find out why this problem was happening, and within half an hour I got an email back. I would like to say that Loox's support is quite prompt, reliable, and patient. They really stand behind you and support you to the end.
