Updated review: Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams. STILL LOVE LOOX!
