Running a boutique shop means I need tools that are both practical and budget-friendly. After testing several loyalty apps, this is hands-down the most user-friendly option out there, while still fitting perfectly into a small business budget. The customer support team is also fantastic and always quick to help. Highly recommend!
Most important things to consider: 1. The support is fast, reliable and always trying to find solutions even workarounds. 2. Pricing of the app is the best, better than other apps (check it and compare)! for what the app is giving you. 3. Interface is easy to understand, widgets are top notch and everything works flawless. 4. Integrates with Klaviyo, Recharge and more. Highly recommended.
Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed. From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. We're looking forward to launching it later this month! Thank you to the Love Loyalty team for all your support so far.
