I just want to take a moment to say how much I’ve appreciated working with Balint and the team at Love Loyalty Programme. Balint has been absolutely fantastic—he knows his stuff inside and out, and he’s been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. The system itself is super easy to use (it was honestly just me overcomplicating things at times!), and Balint made sure I understood everything clearly. He was always available to answer my questions and went out of his way to make sure I felt confident in using the platform. That said, there’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas—nothing major, just some tweaks that could make the experience even smoother. But overall, the team is doing an amazing job, and the platform is a great tool for building customer loyalty. Big thanks to Balint and the whole team for their hard work and support. It’s been a pleasure working with you, and I’m looking forward to seeing how things evolve from here!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Love Loyalty Program & Rewards-App. Der Service ist unglaublich schnell und freundlich, was die Einrichtung super einfach macht. Die App ist intuitiv zu bedienen und bietet genau die Funktionen, die ich für mein Kundenbindungsprogramm gesucht habe. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden Shop-Betreiber, der seinen Kunden etwas Besonderes bieten möchte!
