As a beauty and cosmetics store, building customer loyalty is everything for us, and this app delivers exactly what we needed. The POS integration is a game-changer - we can finally reward our customers seamlessly whether they shop online or visit us in store. Setup took a bit of learning, but the ability to fully customize rewards and points to match our brand made it absolutely worth it. The support team is incredibly fast and helpful. I needed to import a large historical points database for my existing customers, and they handled the CSV import for me within minutes! The integration with Shopify is smooth, and the customer service is top-notch.

Very disappointed to find out that this app does not adjust the points when an order is cancelled or refunded. That is a major fault!

We had issues because we migrated orders from another website which trigger this app and blocked us from using it. Customer support is great, they helped us unblock it and even refunded all the charges! They are the best because they always help you, understand your situation, and give a quick solution. It is quite recommended to upgrade! best app and service ever
