Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed. From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. The support team is incredibly fast and helpful. I needed to import a large historical points database for my existing customers, and they handled the CSV import for me within minutes! The integration with Shopify is smooth, and the customer service is top-notch.
