I have added the Love Loyalty app to my 2nd Shopify store as it is working great on my 1st one. It's creating long term customer loyalty and generating a significant source of revenue. Lots of customisation options including look and feel and translations.

Set up has been seemless with the help of Balint and the team in the background. Very responsive and helpful. The app itself seems to be better than others on the market, especially the Referral element. We are hoping for good results going forward.

Absolutely love this app it made setting up our loyalty program surprisingly easy, and the features feel far more premium than most alternatives. Since installing it, rewarding customers with points, VIP perks, and referrals has been smooth and seamless. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that wants to boost retention.

I had specific requirements for a loyalty app, and I knew that once I'd chosen one, it would be difficult to change later down the line once the system is up and running. After extensive research and hitting dead ends with some of the most-popular loyalty apps, I chose Love Loyalty for its comprehensive features list and reasonable pricing. I initially ran into a little hurdle in that my old vintage theme was incompatible with app blocks, but Hannah kindly sent over their API docs to build a custom integration. With help from Claude AI, I ended up with a slick rewards program that looked and worked better than I originally imagined! Hannah was available throughout via the app's support chat to answer any questions. I'm thrilled with my completely native-looking rewards system and highly recommend this app, especially if you have a little coding knowledge (or an imaginary friend like Claude!)

Any questions or issues were addressed quickly, allowing us to get through the initial setup smoothly and efficiently. That kind of attentive customer support is hard to come by.
