We’ve been using the app since they first launched, and overall the experience was great at the beginning. The migration from our previous loyalty program went smoothly, and although there were a few issues here and there, Balint was always helpful in resolving them. Unfortunately, we are now considering leaving due to the lack of support and some very basic limitations. For example, translations have to be entered manually, field by field, and there are a lot of them, and we have to repeat the same process for each and every language our store offers. According to their support team, there is currently no other way to do this. It’s 2026, with AI tools available everywhere, so it’s quite disappointing that such a simple issue still hasn’t been solved. For stores selling internationally and supporting multiple languages, this creates a huge amount of unnecessary work. If you only operate in one language, the app may still work well for you. But if you sell across different countries and languages, I would recommend looking at other options. At this point, we have already invested a lot of time setting everything up, so switching to another app also comes with a significant cost. However, we simply cannot justify spending days copying and pasting translations one by one for every field and every language. It feels unnecessarily outdated and frustrating.

Wir haben uns für Love Loyalty entschieden, um ein Treueprogramm aufzusetzen, welches die Kundenbindung steigert und die CLV steigert. Die Einrichtung war nach der ersten Orientierung recht einfach und schnell erledigt, vieles lässt sich stark individualisieren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Kundenservice per Chat innerhalb von Minuten antwortet und stets schnelle und einfache Lösungen vorgibt. Wir konnten alle Wünsche dadurch umsetzen. Eine kleine Kritik: der Plus-Plan ist vom Pricing im Verhältnis zu den andern Plänen doch sehr teuer. Einige der Funktionen würden wir gerne nutzen, allerdings nicht gleich den teuren Plan wählen müssen.

Kiváló, rugalmas hűségprogram app. A free csomag már önmagában is teljes értékű alapfunkciókkal rendelkezik: könnyen testre szabható pontszerzési szabályok (vásárlás, regisztráció, hírlevél-feliratkozás, születésnap), és több szintű beváltási lehetőség. A pontvaluta neve, a beváltási arányok és a szabályok mind egyszerűen finomhangolhatók, ami segített kialakítani egy a márkánkhoz illő, kiegyensúlyozott rendszert. A VIP Tiers funkció (Bronze/Silver/Gold szintek automatikus kedvezményekkel) jól átgondolt és könnyen konfigurálható – bár ez már a Growth csomagtól elérhető, ami egy induló, kisebb forgalmú boltnak számottevő havi költség. Jó lenne, ha ez valamivel elérhetőbb áron is elérhető lenne kisebb webshopok számára. Összességében megbízható, jól dokumentált, magyar nyelvterületen is jól használható alkalmazás – ajánlom.

Another great feature is the ability to offer memberships and referral programs. Overall, it is the least complicated loyalty app we have tested. On top of that, the support team is not just great – it's absolutely amazing! They are fast, knowledgeable, helpful, and always available whenever an issue arises.

Another big plus is that customers can redeem their rewards directly in the cart without any pop-up windows. We've only just started using it, but so far it's been great.
