Fantastic app for any growing business! The Love Loyalty Team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Setup is quick, the interface is clean and intuitive, and it’s simple to create reward tiers and engage customers. Since implementing it, we’ve received great feedback from our customers — they really enjoy using the program. Compared to other loyalty apps, this one just makes sense. It’s flexible, scalable, and constantly improving with new features. Highly recommended! Kiváló alkalmazás minden fejlődő webshop számára! A beállítás gyors, a felület letisztult és könnyen kezelhető, egyszerűen kialakíthatók különböző jutalmazási szintek. A bevezetés óta rengeteg pozitív visszajelzést kaptunk a vásárlóinktól, kifejezetten szeretik használni a rendszert. Más loyalty programokhoz képest ez sokkal átgondoltabb és logikusabb. Rugalmas, jól skálázható és folyamatosan fejlődik. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Great app! It's really easy to install and set up, works out of the box. Also, the developer is really reliable. I'm using their Billingo integration and that's also reliable and easy to use.

Switching to Love Loyalty was the best decision for our store. Unlike other apps that feel like "clunky" overlays, this one has a very transparent and clean backend that integrates seamlessly with the Shopify ecosystem. It’s fast, reliable, and easy to manage. A huge shoutout to Hannah and Noor from support team as well—they are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer our technical questions during migration. 5 stars!

The Love Loyalty Team is great to work with. Very accessible and patient. They will help you get everything up and running smoothly and has even been there when I have questions down the road. Since putting the program in place - I have gotten wonderful feedback from our customers how they appreciate the program and like being able to use it on their purchases. I had worked with 2 other loyalty programs prior to finally discovering Love and this one just makes sense. I like that the program can grow and expand as we are ready. They have continued to make the Love app even better with new features since we first added. Keep up the great work and fantastic app Team Love. You made me loyal to you.

The app is so efficient and intuitive for our customers: much better than any of the previous loyalty apps we've used (including those widely used out there who use complex and heavy floating widgets). The app allows customers to redeem every single point they have (through a slider, straight in their Mini / Drawer Cart), not just predefined amounts of points. It integrates perfectly, and has no errorrs or bugs. It's CAE (new Shopify's Customer Accounts Extension). And the customer service is top notch. Balint has helped us with everything, including the (points) migration from a previous loyalty app. We were up and running within a few hours. So, yeah, I'm happy we found this app after testing other similar apps that weren't so efficient and intuitive at attracting customers to use their points.
