I have been searching for the right app for quite some time when I stumbled upon Love Loyalty. This app instantly gave me what I needed for my store, with only a few customizations required, which Balint helped me execute. He didn’t just provide live chat support, but also arranged a video call right away, which was something I had never experienced with any app developer. This was a huge plus, as we managed to complete all the necessary adjustments on the spot without having to wait around. Honestly, I am beyond impressed with the expertise and service I received and cannot recommend this app enough. Koszi Balint ;)

Great Loyalty app which integrates super sleek into our store. Multilanguage and VIP Tiers were pretty important for us. Their support has been super responsive, in terms of a couple of minor glitches. So far we're really happy about our choice, over the bigger and more expessive options.

As a webshop owner, I don't have time to mess around with complicated systems. I like this app because it's intuitive to use and doesn't slow down the site. And the customer service is 5 stars: they handle all questions expertly and lightning fast. It makes it really easy to build a loyal customer base.

We wanted a loyalty program that felt unique to our brand, not just a generic template. Love Loyalty gave us exactly that. Setting up VIP tiers was intuitive, and the referral program has already brought in new customers. I really appreciate the flexibility to design earning rules that match our specific goals. Plus, the fact that there are no confusing pop-ups makes the shopping experience so much better for our clients. 5 stars for the app and the responsive support!

I’ve had a great experience using this Shopify loyalty program app! It was super easy to set up, and the interface is very user-friendly. My customers love earning rewards, and I’ve already noticed an increase in repeat purchases. The customization options are excellent, and the support team is responsive and helpful. From the initial meeting to discus our options to setting up the love loyalty app on our shopify store, Balint and the team have been incredible. Very patient and understanding whilst we launched our new website. But also very responsive to any and all questions that we had regarding the product. The app is absolutely perfect for what we wanted to achieve and we couldn't be more happy!

Love Loyalty is an excellent choice, and would argue the best Loyalty platform for B2B ecommerce stores. It works just as well for simple, elegant retail rewards programs as it does for more sophisticated setups that reward different customer groups with unique earning and redemption rules. We support both B2B and D2C audiences and needed a loyalty platform that gave us the flexibility to design distinct programs for retail customers + multiple wholesale segments. Love Loyalty delivered exactly that. It was the only solution on the Shopify App Store that was both willing and capable of building the segmentation we needed. Kudos to the team and what they built. On top of everything, the team at Love Loyalty is incredibly responsive, helpful, and just a pleasure to work with. Our customers are thrilled!
