Overall, I would recommended the app! There is a glitch (or maybe it’s just room for improvement) but I will start with the pros! Pros: - Marton and his team are exceptionally responsive and helpful! They always get back to my questions promptly and care a lot of about customer satisfaction. I mean it when I say exceptional, nothing like any other app owners I’ve encountered. -The app itself is so neat! I love how it will reward my loyal customers (which in and of itself is a better business plan than always trying to get new customers). Con: The only con (and its minor enough that I still gave the app 5 stars), is that even when your settings are set on “draft” mode and you’re still trying to figure things out, customers can still receive and see points accumulated. Because I haven’t fully launched the program yet, I’d love if my customers couldn’t see anything at all about points. I don’t want them thinking they’re getting points when I’m not quite ready yet! I wish draft setting really was a draft, not seen by anyone yet but the store owner.

Thank you for your review, I'm super happy to hear that you're happy with our app. Once you add point earning rules the customers start earning points, however until you activate the app in the storefront the they won't be able to see or redeem them. If you want to reset these points before going live you can do that in bulk on the Customers page. Feel free to reach out via Live Chat in the app if you need help with this.
