Amazing low-cost loyalty app that's integrated with Shopify customer profiles and Shopify Flow. Customer service is great and quick. Developers are actively updating the app and constantly adding new features. Design on the front end adapts to your website design and is very customisable. Able to integrate the app in every step of the customer journey; from product page, to cart, to thank you page! Highly recommended!

I just got the app installed so I don't have any experience using the app yet. That said, the support and follow through so far has been great! The developer team is responsive and efficient. For that, I give them 5-stars.

Fantastic app! Fits into my stores theme seamlessly! Absolutely love that customers can redeem point right in the cart. That is brilliant! The customer service is above and beyond helpful. As a semi new business owner and even less "techy" person I was quite greatfulnfornthe help I recieve. 10/will recommend!

The experience with Love Loyalty has been fabulous. It's easy to set up, not confusing at all, and the Balint was happy to do any form of front end adjustment so it looks great to the customer too. I look forward to using this!

I can only recommend this app. Highly customizable, intuitive both setup and on the storefront as well. This loyalty app really works, before trying Love Loyalty I never really believed in loyalty programs. Can't wait to see the upcoming features. Customer support is awesome, thanks guys for the help.

I’m thrilled to have discovered the Points & Rewards app! Before, I struggled with finding ways to encourage customers to return to my site, but this app has completely changed that. It’s incredibly user-friendly, packed with customizable options, and has made retaining customers so much easier. My visitors now have an incentive to shop again, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in engagement. Highly recommend!

We’ve just begun using Love Loyalty, and so far, we are very impressed. The setup has been smooth and straightforward, and the ability to tailor everything to match our brand’s unique style is a significant advantage. What stands out to us the most is that customers can redeem their loyalty points directly in the cart, without any unnecessary pop-ups or widgets. This should make the shopping experience much more seamless and enjoyable.

Finally we have found the perfect loyality app. We tried many similar apps, but I can tell this one is the best. The customer support is topnotch, replied to our questions in few minutes. Great experience, 5 stars

I have tried several loyalty apps and so far I love this one. Easy to setup, has a clean customer forward interface and best of all only wants the customers Birthday in MM/DD format which is better as many people are sensitive about their age. Another feature is its integration into Klaviyo so we can send out Birthday rewards etc.

The setup was straightforward, and I was able to customize the rewards system to fit my store's needs in no time. One of the standout features for me is the flexibility it offers in terms of reward types—customers can earn points through purchases, referrals, and social media engagement, which keeps them coming back for more. The point system is easy to manage, and the app integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store, providing a smooth user experience both for me as a store owner and for my customers. What I love most is the ability to offer discounts and special promotions as rewards. This has not only increased my customer retention but has also boosted my sales, as more people are motivated to engage with the brand to earn rewards. Customer support has been excellent as well. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded promptly and with clear guidance.
