We are only two weeks into using it but migrated thousands of customers over from our last rewards company to here and it went smooth as silk. So far not one issue has arisen. The rewards works flawlessly, zero tech issues and customer support has been outstanding.

I have tested a few apps before and this one seems to be the easiest to set up. It has all features I need, the installation process is smooth, the customer service is prompt and patient. The pricing is reasonable.

I'm still in the process of setting up the app, but so far I'm really impressed. The interface is intuitive, and there are plenty of customization options to tailor the loyalty program to my brand. The support team is also very responsive and helpful, which makes the setup process much smoother.

The only app for Rewards system I found that works how I wanted, without having to get Shopify plus. Integrates with store seemlessly, AND with upcart! Plus the customer service is quick and super helpful.

Brilliant! I've switched from Smile as Love Loyalty provide many more features that Smile doesn't offer (or you had to have Shopify Plus). Very impressed how easy it was to setup, love all the features that are available. Best bit is going to be customers can add rewards straight into the basket and see their balance. No more guesswork for them. Customer service is incredible and super quick - Balint was amazing! Big thank you to them especially. Couldn't recommend more.

Blaint is amazing! Great customer support and even caught something on Shopify that I NEVER would have caught! Highly recommend. Was using Smile before and it was VERY expensive! Love Loyalty is so much better...I think my customers are going to LOVE it!
