I had some issues setting up the Info-Page but Balint from the Team was super helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Now everything works perfectly. I really like the features offered - not cluttered just right and what I need. I can recommend the app and team a lot!

We've recently implemented the Love Loyalty app on our Shopify store, and the experience has been fantastic. The app itself is user-friendly and offers everything we need for a solid loyalty program. This app works great for our first Loyalty Program. One of the advantages is that customers can redeem points for a discount % on their next order. The support (in this case from Balint) was really great during the setup.

I just installed the app earlier this week, so far my experience has been great. It's pretty simple to set up and any questions I had were answered quickly. There are a lot of options and customizations you can make within the program. I like how the hero image will show your points and VIP tier when you're logged in.

A great app that integrates well with the store. Balint described the product and its benefits over Smile quickly and subsequently set us up over a few days to use the service. I waited 2 weeks before posting this review to be sure that I was happy. I am.

O aplicativo tem muitos recursos independente do plano escolhido. Uma vez que o usuário esteja logado na loja, o aplicativo já reconhece os dados do usuário, sem a necessidade de fazer um novo login. Iniciamos há poucos dias e estamos gostando muito. E o suporte foi muito solicito ao nos ajudar a importar os dados e ainda teve o cuidado de ajudar na configuração para que o aplicativo fique 100% pronto para uso.

Balint and his team made the migration from our previous loyalty program to Love Loyalty absolutely seamless. Nothing was too much trouble, and we are really pleased with the outcome. Our customers are finding the loyalty program much more user friendly now also.

We just recently implemented the Love Loyalty app and so far the experience has been great. Balint, has been amazing as far as being available to us to help launch the app and help us with implementing the app into our current theme. This app is much easier to use for customers than our former loyalty/rewards app which cost 10x more than Love Loyalty. All in all we are very happy so far.

Love Loyalty is an easy adaptable program. Balint has delivered perfect support, the availability was amazing. Response time on mails < 1 hour, and meetings within a day.

As a new business I needed a loyalty program for my clients. I have just subscribed to Love Loyalty and went through the demo and online chat for set up assistance. Both have been extremely helpful. I will do another review once I have used the program with clients for a bit on how things are going.
